Welcome to Kritiq AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including our proprietary AI-powered creative auditing framework. By utilizing Kritiq, you establish a professional agreement with us to process proprietary video data for diagnostic purposes.
1. Proprietary Scoring & Framework
The "Kritiq AI Scoring Algorithm"—including but not limited to our specific 1–5 grading pillars (Hook, Brand Presence, Pacing, Messaging, Objective, Call to Action, Compliance)—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Kritiq AI.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to upload content for analysis. However, the logic, telemetry patterns, and diagnostic methodology utilized to generate report outputs are trade secrets and may not be reverse-engineered or replicated without explicit enterprise licensing from Kritiq AI.
2. Accuracy & Diagnostic Disclaimer
Predictive Logic Notice:
While Kritiq AI utilizes enterprise-level APIs (GCP Video Intelligence and Gemini AI) to provide predictive insights, all generated scores and recommendations are **diagnostic tools** rather than guaranteed financial outcomes.
Kritiq AI does not guarantee specific Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) or "Viral" performance. Our engine identifies mechanical failures through millisecond-level telemetry to improve the probability of success.
3. Objective-Based Analysis
Users acknowledge that the accuracy of analysis depends strictly on the **User-Selected Goal** (e.g., Conversion vs. Awareness) provided during the upload process. Providing inaccurate brand objectives or industry categories will compromise the scoring integrity and diagnostic utility of the report.
4. Creative Integrity & Synthetic Content
Kritiq AI is optimized for creator-led, social-first video assets. Our algorithm is trained to recognize human engagement triggers and "Right-Brain" features. Consequently, the engine may penalize low-quality "AI Slop" or purely synthetic, emotionless assets that do not align with our "Authenticity" framework.
5. Usage Restrictions
You may not use Kritiq to analyze content that violates the intellectual property rights of others or contains illegal material. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that overwhelm the system with low-quality or non-compliant payloads.
