Kritiq AI operates in strict adherence to global and local privacy standards, including POPIA and GDPR. We prioritize the security of your proprietary video data and ensure transparency in how our AI engine processes ingested creative assets.
To provide millisecond-level telemetry, your video payloads are transmitted to **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. Within the GCP environment, we perform feature annotation including:
Following raw telemetry analysis, we utilize **KRITIQ AI** through secure, private API endpoints to consolidate this data into "KritiQ Recommendations" and performance scores.
Creative Integrity Guarantee:
Your proprietary creative assets are used **solely** for your specific analysis. We do **not** use your videos or analysis results to train global, public-facing AI models without your explicit, separate written consent.
Kritiq AI retains video files and analysis JSON outputs on our secure Firebase backend to facilitate the "Reports History" and "Benchmarks" hub. Users may request the permanent deletion of specific assets at any time via the account management portal. Deleting an analysis document results in the immediate removal of the associated video from GCP Storage.
We implement industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. As a processed of proprietary brand data, we emphasize the "Authenticity" of your assets and ensure that access is restricted strictly to the user’s organization or authorized team members.
