To provide millisecond-level telemetry, your video payloads are transmitted to **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. Within the GCP environment, we perform feature annotation including:

• Object and Person tracking.
• Logo recognition and Brand presence detection.
• Speech-to-text transcription and visual text (OCR) extraction.

Following raw telemetry analysis, we utilize **KRITIQ AI** through secure, private API endpoints to consolidate this data into "KritiQ Recommendations" and performance scores.

Kritiq AI retains video files and analysis JSON outputs on our secure Firebase backend to facilitate the "Reports History" and "Benchmarks" hub. Users may request the permanent deletion of specific assets at any time via the account management portal. Deleting an analysis document results in the immediate removal of the associated video from GCP Storage.
